AI English Tutor
A real-time English tutor that listens to the learner, responds aloud, and teaches through spoken conversation. The interaction is designed around speaking and listening, rather than a text-chat lesson.
The learning interaction
Many digital language exercises rely on typing. This project focuses on a spoken exchange: the learner talks, the tutor listens and replies with audio, and practice continues as a conversation. The portfolio describes the experience as real time and voice based.

My role and implementation
Yahya Mahroof built the tutor as a real-time voice product using React, Python, and a large language model. The implementation connects spoken input, conversational intelligence, and audible responses in one continuous learning experience.
