Lahzi لحظي
Lahzi is an Arabic-first AI assistant for restaurant sales and customer service. It uses a restaurant’s menu and operating information to answer customer questions, recommend dishes, collect order details, and pass a structured handoff to the team.
The restaurant messaging problem
Restaurants may receive menu questions and order requests across WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook. Staff can end up repeating menu details and reconstructing order notes from separate message threads. Lahzi brings those conversations into a shared workflow and grounds the assistant in the restaurant’s own information.
From menu question to team handoff
- Understand the request. The assistant uses restaurant-provided dishes, ingredients, images, branches, opening hours, and instructions as context.
- Help the customer choose. It answers menu questions and can recommend dishes using the preferences a customer mentions.
- Collect the order details. The conversation can gather selected items, notes, branch, pickup or delivery preference, and customer information.
- Give the team context. The order is sent for team review, with a unified inbox and follow-up tools for staff.
One inbox for people and AI
The product connects WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook Messenger in a unified inbox. Restaurant teams can use Smart Profiles, SOAP Notes, activity and session history, teams, and tickets to continue a conversation or handle cases that need a person.
Lahzi is an official Meta Tech Provider, connecting restaurant conversations across WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook Messenger through one operating workflow.
My role and product implementation
I built Lahzi end to end, covering the AI conversation experience, restaurant knowledge workflow, order handoff, unified inbox, customer context, and team follow-up tools.
